Jitsu Canada NewsletterSubmitted by andy on Mon, 30/10/2006 - 5:59pm. - personal reflections on your experiences in the martial arts (as a student, teacher or in general) - report on a recent event (includes events outside of Jitsu Canada) - technical article profiling the finer points of a specific technique - instructor autobiography (to give some insight into how our organization / style has evolved) - report on a recent martial arts related book; article; or film that inspired you - highlight other sports or activities that you feel compliment your practice of jiu jitsu - historical topics (the arts, specific weapons, dress, language, etc.) - write about specific aspects of training: > training methods (kata, drills, etc.) > training principles (balance, movement, body mechanics, etc.) > tips for warm-up / cool down exercises > body conditioning and nutrition > philosophy > social experiences (subject to editing of course!)
